How is the prize pool formed?
The prize pool is formed based on customer activity. It starts from 3,000 RUB. Each review adds an amount to the prize pool.
How much will I win?
You will win the maximum accumulated amount, which increases during the month. The amount is calculated based on the number of reviews left.
How long does the giveaway last?
The giveaway lasts 1 month and restarts automatically. In one month, the system determines the winner and awards the accumulated prize amount. Then the prize pool is reset and the giveaway starts again.
How are winners selected?
On the first day of each next month between 00:00 and 01:00 MSK, the system creates the participant list for the previous month based on the exchange order number specified in the review and uses random number generation (GA). If the last three digits match the order number, a winner is selected. You can watch the number generation on our website or install Google Authenticator and add the account using the QR code.
How do I know if I won?
Every month, around 00:00–01:00 MSK, the system selects a winner from the Participants list. If you appear in the Recent winners list, you have won. If you are not there, do not worry — you can participate every month by completing the conditions again. The number of completed exchange orders with reviews is unlimited. The more orders with reviews you have, the higher your chances of winning.

Within 24 hours after the draw, our operators contact the winner using the provided contact details and deliver the prize. If this does not happen, please contact us.
